Yearly Contract Management

We will perform a thorough inspection of your property once a month making sure everything is secure and to keep it in top condition throughout the periods when it is not being used.

If we find any minor faults or construction problems eg: leaking roof, damp etc we will notify you as soon as possible and with your permission arrange for one of our professionally trained suppliers to deal with the problem.
This ensures that your property is being properly cared for and any problem is dealt with immediately before it becomes a major problem.

We operate a key holding service. This means if you or your client looses or locks themselves out of the property they can contact our 24hr emergency service number we will be able to help. Also if you want to arrange deliveries to your apartment we will be able to assist with this.

A member of our friendly bilingual team are well prepared to assist you, so that you and your guests always have assistance whatever the eventuality.
