Yearly Contract Management

  • We will perform a thorough inspection of your property once a month making sure everything is secure and to keep it in top condition throughout the periods when it is not being used.
  • If we find any minor faults or construction problems eg: leaking roof, damp etc we will notify you as soon as possible and with your permission arrange for one of our professionally trained suppliers to deal with the problem.
    This ensures that your property is being properly cared for and any problem is dealt with immediately before it becomes a major problem.
  • We operate a key holding service. This means if you or your client looses or locks themselves out of the property they can contact our 24hr emergency service number we will be able to help. Also if you want to arrange deliveries to your apartment we will be able to assist with this.
  • A member of our friendly bilingual team are well prepared to assist you, so that you and your guests always have assistance whatever the eventuality.

  • Our dedicated team of cleaners will clean your property to the highest standards.
  • All household cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, washing down paintwork, cleaning bathrooms, windows plus many more - the cleaning programme for each property can be adopted to your needs.


    • Laundry

  • All laundry is done in our own in house laundry, therefore minimizing the possibility of loss and damage.
  • Labelling of all laundry can also be done by us along with an inventory of all your linen and towels.
