       This area is for those who like to be in the centre of things. Most of the shops and bars/clubs are well within walking distance, this also makes this area ideally suited to those who find it harder to move about. Also close to the beach.

       Close to the Tramuntana mountain range, properties in this area benefit from peaceful settings, yet still within proximity to the centre of the Port. A popular area to start walks through the mountains.
